Perception is everything.
The details of a secret world are hidden within microscopes and our imaginations.
Have you thought about the beauty of the atoms that we are composed of? The atoms that we share with the universe?
Look at the big pictures, beautiful landscapes, galaxies across an ever extending sky.
The beating of a humming bird’s wings is hard to slow down, but the mechanics behind it are incredible.
The slow rippling of water is much more poetic than a dropped stone in “real time”
Sped up, the moving stars, the setting sun, travelling clouds, budding flowers, reveal the (usually invisible) amazing stunning movement of the world around us.

If you ever feel like the world is grey and dull,
change the way you perceive things
Squat beside a flower and look at the details; the petals, the pollen
Ask why bees are attracted to it and know you will always be wanted.
don’t ever get so used to someone’s company that you take them for granted.
if you share the bed, wake up before them.
think about how lucky you are that they are breathing beside you.
their eyelashes gently brushing their cheeks,
a soft glow, surrounded by the halo of the rising sun.
Change your perceptions,
Spend some time upside down, underwater, biking alongside the grasslands feeling the wind whip around your hair.

There is so much to see.
